FOOD FOR THE ANCESTORS takes a look at one of Mexico's most mysterious festivals, Days of the Dead. For each Mexican family, the festival helps remember a departed loved one. Yet it is a larger remembrance of all ancestral Mexicans and gifts of food and culture passed down. The film explores traditions and ancient ways of life, interpreted through authentic Mexican cuisine.
